We believe health and wellbeing at work is the responsibility of both employees and STM, we want to ensure that there is open communication between the management team and employees, we want employees to feel involved and included in the business and want to listen to issues and concerns that they may have and we also want to make sure everyone is aware and educated on the importance of occupational health and safety.
We aim to equip our team leaders with the skills to deal with conflict resolution, stress management and fair workplace practices to ensure health and wellbeing hazards are minimised and dealt with effectively.
