Our rostering philosophy:
Consistency is fundamental to any project so we aim to keep the same team on your project until completion.
Our rostering team plays a pivotal role in coordinating your next day site requirements. We call your site supervisors or project managers each afternoon, to ensure the availability of the right staff and equipment for the next day. We take the burden and uncertainty out of the equation for you making us the preferred traffic solutions delivery partner.
Site Survisio
At STM we believe that site supervision is fundamental to maintaining high standards. We have developed a three-pronged program of supervision:
Dedicated Supervisor: STM has two dedicated traffic control supervisors. The STM Traffic Control Supervisors undertake regular traffic control audits on all staff and sites in order to maintain standards, educate and improve our performance. They are also qualified Traffic Management Designers
Leading Hands: STM has a number of staff who are trained and experienced Leading Hands. STM appoints these people to lead small teams on more complex jobs. We believe that the right leadership at every level is critical to the success of all projects.
Internal Audits: STM Supervisors are TMD qualified and experienced in traffic management operations. Our STM Supervisors conduct regular site audits. We also frequently engage external auditors to review our processes.
Random Drug and Alcohol Testing: STM is committed to providing our clients with the highest standard of staff by conducting pre-employment and regular on-site testing.

Equipment
The STM Fleet is modern and all vehicles are equipped with a B Class arrow board. Our utes are fully equipped and ready to set up on most work sites.
We are known for our reliability and if any required equipment is not on the ute, you can be rest assured that we will get it to you.
We can also supply VMS boards, barriers, Portable Traffic Control Devices (such as traffic light or booms), VMS signs and Speed Radar signs – POA.
